Field note 07
Pricing, plain
The dollar figures on this guide are weekday-style starting points published on Austin Bounce House Rentals. They are not your invoice.
Weekend dates, holidays, and multi-day holds change the price. Delivery distance can change the conversation too, especially past the usual map. A guide rate gets you oriented. The booking site, on the day you pick, is the quote. Nothing on moonwalkrentalaustin.com takes a deposit or a card.
Starting points you will see in the catalog
| Group | Starting guide rate |
|---|---|
| Most themed moonwalks and pink sparkle editions | $169 |
| Bouncy Castle, Pink Princess Castle, White Wedding Castle | $159 |
| Easter and Halloween prints, including the pink Easter edition | $189 |
| Birthday Bounce House and the plain Bounce House | $198 |
| Bounce House, Dazzled Edition | $208 |
| Giant Boombox, inflatable only | $249 |
| Promo bouncer, nonprofit use if you qualify | $139 |
Each moonwalk page repeats its own figure with the label “Starting guide rate — confirm on ABHR.” If a listing on the booking site has moved, their page wins.
The nonprofit rate
The promo bouncer at $139 is for nonprofit use. A birthday in a backyard does not become a nonprofit because the host is tired. Confirm eligibility on Austin Bounce House Rentals before a PTA, church, or club prints the number in a budget.
What the rate is aimed at
These guide rates belong to the enclosed moonwalk itself: delivery, professional setup, and pickup as the company offers them inside their service area. Speakers on the giant boombox are an upgrade. Tables, generators, concession machines, and slides are separate categories. Party packages on the booking site bundle things; this guide does not reprice those bundles.
When you are ready, open the catalog and reserve the unit on their item page. The date you click is the date that gets a real number.
