Concessions
A concession machine is a food project that happens to plug in. The moonwalk will not run it for you.
Parents add a snow-cone machine or a popcorn cart because it photographs like a carnival and because someone remembers liking one. Austin Bounce House Rentals rents those machines in a concessions category. They are not part of a moonwalk rental. The jumper does not come with syrup. If you want both, you are placing two orders’ worth of attention on the same Saturday, and only one of them involves stakes in the yard.
Read the listing for what is included. Some machines arrive with a serving kit. Supplies — syrup, kernels, sugar, cups, napkins — are often a separate line or a grocery run you were going to forget at 9 p.m. The item page is the list. This guide will not invent a “comes with everything” promise. Also read the cleaning note. A cotton-candy bowl returned looking like a science project is how a deposit conversation starts, on their site, under their terms.
Power is the quiet conflict. A moonwalk wants a household outlet for the blower the entire rental. A concession machine wants its own outlet, often at the same time, and it does not want to share a tired power strip with the blower, a speaker, and a crock pot. If the backyard has one receptacle, you are choosing, or you are looking at the power category for a generator. Put the machine on a sturdy table, level, away from the moonwalk entrance so sticky hands are not the last stop before the vinyl.
Food rules and the jumper rules must agree. No food, no drinks, no syrup in the moonwalk. That is not a vibe. That is how vinyl gets foul and how a child slips. Serve concessions on the far side of the yard, with a trash can and a place to wipe hands. An adult runs the machine. Children do not staff boiling sugar or a spinning bowl because it is “their party.” Heat, sugar, and moving parts are a small kitchen.
Allergies and the guest list are yours. A popcorn machine is a wheat-and-corn announcement. Snow-cone syrup is a dye announcement. Tell the people who need to know. The rental company is delivering equipment, not a menu consultation, unless the booking page says a specific supply bundle.
Concessions suit school carnivals, church picnics, and birthdays that already have a volunteer who thinks the machine is the fun part. They are a bad impulse add when the host is also the only adult watching the moonwalk door. You cannot scoop snow cones with your back to the jumper. Staff the stations or drop one of them.
Prices, flavors, and which machines are actually free on your date are on austinbouncehouse.rentals. Reserve there. If the question was only which enclosed jumper fits the yard, you do not need this category at all.
